According to the court order, the appellant is required to pay Tk 25,000 as well as Tk 100 medical treatment expenses to the bereaved family.

I have written many a time the unmissable and simple-looking Haripore tragedy involving a car accident that left 4 young kids dead and left 9 others seriously injured. I always tried to convince the media not to inundate my initial job recommendation (summarizing the appalling event, to date, that had happened in order to help local people learn from the issue). But, in a corner of my mind, I always believe that my inability to put my thoughts into action, in my attempt to write, to submit a report, to a court, brought such victims (all from Chhagiraj) to their untimely end. The alleged untimely death of the British-born Bangladesh national in his car is shocking. So much, it has left me with such a shock that I could only wonder about who made his name in Bangladesh. But obviously, he did not have any clue about his role in the national grid. Although at least one of his parents speaks about his remarkable creativity, it seems that he did not know how he was supposed to direct his talent in other fields, if and when, he eventually decided to start learning a profession.

I fear the possible negative impact of the accident on his relatives. But I also hope that this young man will now come up with new ways to make and change his family's life and the life of his relatives, from where many barriers can be overcome with his creativity.

Please wish to support local universities and educational institutions for the promotion of the shared principles of free navigation and sharing of experiences and wisdom. I hope that such institutions will ensure proper creation of future generations, who shall excel themselves in fields, they will want to be achievers of their national.

Hasan said he strongly believes the collective efforts of a very large number of students and organizations may save all such accidents from occurring anytime.

Unfortunately, the authorities were not able to take action (even to issue the court order on the previous date of summons).

But the service of justice is available to all such students. It is now up to them to take care of themselves and bear full responsibility for the decisions made to make this accident less painful for future generations.
